In the unlikely event of a failure of the device, Revibe will arrange for your device to be returned and serviced by our seller, free of charge when you inform us of the defect within the warranty period (12 months), provided that the product has no any physical or accidental damage.
What’s not covered?
- Any damage or malfunction due to liquid exposure
- Gradual wear and tear and cosmetic damages that do not affect the device functionality
- Any damages arising out of negligence or intentional malpractice
- Any loss/deletion/corruption of any data stored on the device
- Any repairs/open-inspection made by third parties
