Upon receipt of any raised issue, we will promptly initiate a return request to take the device back to the supplier for inspection and necessary checks.
In the event of repair, our vendor requires 15 days to carefully inspect and fix the device. It's crucial to note that this timeframe does not cover the duration it takes to ship to and from the supplier. Concerning replacement, it will be subject to availability.
Please be advised that we do not have control over any delays in transit once your repaired device has been shipped. However, we will collaborate with the vendor in an effort to monitor and resolve any potential impediments as quickly as possible.
