Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded via the original mode of payment once our team confirms your request. If you have paid using cash on delivery, a refund through bank account will be conducted.
In the unlikely case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase even when there is nothing wrong with it, you may return your device within the first 10 days after the delivery date, as the reason is "Change of mind" and a 25% will be applied as long as there in no physical damage nor misuse. Additionally, it is expected that the device, along with all its accessories, be duly returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
You will receive the full refund within 14 days after our quality check team has received and inspected the device in case the claim is valid, if not a 25% deduction will be applied.
In the event that there is a misuse or missing items, the device won't be eligible for a refund and will be shipped back as is.
