As much as we would like to take any opportunity to serve, you we understand there are circumstances where you had a change of mind or issues preventing you from receiving your order.
In the case of cancellation:
If this is due to any issue caused by us within the first 10 days: we completely understand, and we would do everything to repair or replace your order. If there is no possibility to do so or the item is simply out of stock, we will definitely provide a full refund once we get back the device in its original condition (if the device has been shipped)
If this is due to a change of mind within the first 10 days: you can claim the 10 days free return if the item has not been open and used and is still in its original packaging
If this is after the first 10 days: we are happy to repair to replace your device should there be any issue relating to the warranty claim, however we do not provide refunds after 10 days.
