Our warranty policy comprehensively covers product defects, including both hardware and software issues, throughout the warranty period. This covers any instances where the product delivered is significantly different from what was originally ordered.
Our team is available to either replace or repair devices throughout the warranty period based on the detected issue. However, any damages to the device caused by non-manufacturing factors, such as force, water or other external factors, are not covered under the warranty policy.
