To assist you better, you can submit a claim through your account by following the steps below using the provided link: My Account Link
- Enter your email address, and you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) in your email inbox.
- Enter the OTP to log in to your account.
- On the left sidebar, click on "Orders."
- Select the order you want to raise a claim about, then click "Raise a Claim"
- Alternatively, you can go to the "Claims" section from the left sidebar to submit a claim.
- Fill in all the required information.
Please review the available options under the "Request" section:
- Select "I haven’t received my device and I want to cancel it" if your order has not been shipped yet.
- Select "Warranty Request" if you need to repair or replace the device.
- Select "I have received my device and I want to return it" if you have received the product and want to return it within 10 days.
Add a detailed description of the issue and upload any required documents (maximum 100 MB).
