How to raise a claimUpdated 3 days ago

To assist you better, you can submit a claim through your account by following the steps below using the provided link: My Account Link

  1. Enter your email address, and you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) in your email inbox.
  2. Enter the OTP to log in to your account.
  3. On the left sidebar, click on "Orders."
  4. Select the order you want to raise a claim about, then click "Raise a Claim"
  5. Alternatively, you can go to the "Claims" section from the left sidebar to submit a claim.
  6. Fill in all the required information.

Please review the available options under the "Request" section:

  • Select "I haven’t received my device and I want to cancel it" if your order has not been shipped yet.
  • Select "Warranty Request" if you need to repair or replace the device.
  • Select "I have received my device and I want to return it" if you have received the product and want to return it within 10 days.

Add a detailed description of the issue and upload any required documents (maximum 100 MB).
