If Your Tamara or Tabby Payment is Declined

We understand it can be frustrating if your installment payment is not approved. Please note that Tamara and Tabby decide independently which orders to accept or decline — Revibe has no control over their approval process.

Tips to Improve Your Chances

• Create an account with Tamara or Tabby on their official website, using the same email address or WhatsApp number you use for your Revibe order. This may help with approval.

• If your purchase is over 2,500 AED, contact Tamara or Tabby directly to request a higher spending limit before placing your order.

• If it’s your first time using Tamara or Tabby, your initial purchase limit may be around 900 AED.

Other Payment Options

If your installment payment is declined, you can still complete your order using:

• Credit or debit card (full payment)

• Cash on delivery (full payment, no installments)
