If you need to cancel your order and it's not delayed, there might be some charges for the cancellation process to cover our payment gateway fees. But if your order is delayed, no worries we're happy to help cancel it and issue a refund.

Once the order has been shipped, we're sorry, but we can't cancel it from our end. However, if the device doesn't meet your expectations, our return policy still stands.

Once an order is placed using this method, it is processed immediately to ensure it reaches your doorstep within 24 hours. For this reason, cancellations aren’t possible with "Revibe Express" orders.
