What Does “Refurbished” Mean?

A refurbished device is a pre-owned device that’s been carefully tested, checked, and repaired (if needed) so it works just like it should before we offer it for sale.

To help you know exactly what to expect, we grade our devices based not only on their physical condition but also on their performance, with a particular focus on battery health. Rest assured, no matter the grade, all devices work perfectly.

Our Grades:

  • Excellent – Looks just like new, with a battery health of 95% or above.

  • Very Good – May have tiny scratches that you won’t notice unless you look closely from about 20 cm away, with a battery health of 90% or above.

  • Good – Shows visible scratches or small dents, but still works just as well as the higher grades, with a battery health of 85% or above.

During the refurbishment process:

  • Some parts may be replaced or changed if needed. This does not affect the device’s performance — in fact, it ensures the device operates at its best.

  • All replaced parts are of the highest quality, carefully selected by our experts.

  • In some cases, exterior details such as the color may also be changed.

  • Any adjustments or replacements are always done in line with Revibe’s strict quality standards.

No matter the grade, every device goes through our full quality check to make sure it’s 100% functional and ready for you to use. Plus, every purchase comes with our 12-month free standard warranty, and you can return within the first 10 days of delivery if the device has any issues.

We want you to have the best experience with Revibe and are always happy to answer any questions.
