A refurbished device is a pre-owned device that’s been carefully tested, checked, and repaired (if needed) so it works just like it should before we offer it for sale.

To help you know exactly what to expect, we grade our phones based on their appearance — but rest assured, they all work perfectly.

Our Grades:

• Excellent – Looks just like new.

• Very Good – May have tiny scratches that you won’t notice unless you look closely from about 20 cm away.

• Good – Shows visible scratches or small dents, but still works just as well as the higher grades.

No matter the grade, every device goes through our full quality check to make sure it’s 100% functional and ready for you to use and comes with our 12-month free standard warranty.
