What is Revibe refund policy?Updated 6 months ago

We take immense pride in delivering top-notch products to our valued customers. Each product undergoes meticulous inspection, ensuring it meets our quality standards and is packaged with utmost care. Our goal is for you to adore the products you receive.


Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, we might face inventory issues or quality checks that may lead to the unavailability of the product(s) you've chosen. In such cases, if your order needs to be canceled, we'll promptly notify you in advance. For orders made through online payment, refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment upon confirmation by our team. If you've used cash on delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.


In the rare instance that you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase without any inherent issues, you have the option to return the device within the initial 10 days from the delivery date for a 'Change of mind'. A deduction of 20% + 150 Dirham will be applied, provided there's no physical damage or misuse. Additionally, the device and all accessories should be returned in the same condition as received.


Upon receiving and inspecting the returned device, our quality check team will ensure a full refund within 14 days if the claim is valid. Otherwise, a deduction of 20% +  150 Dirham will be applied.


If the device shows signs of misuse or if any items are missing, it won't be eligible for a refund and will be returned in its current state.
