Warranty Claim – How to Show the Issue

When making a warranty claim, we’ll need a clear video that shows the exact issue you’re experiencing with your device.

Please use another device (like a phone or camera) to record photos and videos where the problem is clearly visible. The more details you provide, the faster we can diagnose and resolve the issue.

Here’s what we need depending on the problem:

  • Microphone Issue:
    Record a video using another device while you use the “Voice Memos” app or record a video speaking on your Revibe device, then play it at maximum volume.

  • Speaker (Audio) Issue:
    Record a video using another device while your Revibe device plays any video or song at maximum volume.

  • Camera Issue:
    Record a video using another device showing the camera issue on your Revibe device clearly.

  • Button Issue:
    Record a video using another device showing the button not working properly on your Revibe device.
