Our Repair and Replacement Process
When you let us know about a problem with your device, we’ll quickly start the return process and send it to our supplier for inspection.
If repairs are needed, our supplier usually takes around 13 days to carefully inspect and fix the device, source the required parts if needed and carry out the repair to ensure full functionality. This timeframe does not include the shipping time to and from the supplier.
If a replacement is needed, we’ll confirm its availability before proceeding.
Please note that once your repaired device is shipped back, any delays during transit are outside our control. However, we’ll stay in close contact with the supplier to track the process and make sure any issues are addressed as quickly as possible.
