What happens if my claim is found invalid?Updated 26 minutes ago

When you raise a return or warranty claim, we collect your device free of charge and send it to our supplier for inspection. If the claim is valid, we repair or refund it — and you pay nothing.

A claim can be found invalid if:

  • the damage happened after the device was delivered to you
  • the device was found to be working as described
  • the issue falls outside what the warranty covers

In these cases the device is still yours, so we send it back to you. Return shipping for an invalid claim is paid by the customer.

How much is the return shipping?

It depends on the device and where it's going — international shipments carry customs and duties that vary a lot, so there's no single price we can publish. We'll send you the exact amount when we contact you.

How long do I have to arrange it?

You have 90 days, counted from the day we notify you that your claim is invalid. We'll try to reach you more than once during that time.

What happens if I don't pay?

If the cost hasn't been settled after 90 days, the device is disposed of. Once that happens we can't return it, and no refund, replacement or compensation is issued.

If you're having trouble paying, or you need more time, please contact us before the 90 days are up — we'd much rather get your device back to you.
