What’s Not Covered

Your warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, or liquid exposure

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues that don’t affect how the device works

  • Damage from negligence or intentional tampering

  • Loss, deletion, or corruption of stored data

  • Accessories (chargers, cables, earphones, etc.)

  • Repairs or inspections by unauthorized third parties

  • LCD screen issues reported more than 10 days after delivery or with signs of misuse

  • Batteries and other consumable parts that naturally wear over time (unless there’s a manufacturing defect)


Special Notes


  • Important Warranty Service Notes

    • If you send your device for warranty service and our inspection shows that the issue was caused by misuse or that no fault exists, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees to have your device returned to you.

    • When sending a device for warranty service, please send only the faulty device. Do not include accessories (chargers, cables, cases, earphones, etc.) as they are not needed and may not be returned.

  • New, factory-sealed devices are not covered by the Revibe warranty or eligible for return, as they already come with the original manufacturer’s warranty.


If your device has a covered issue, simply submit a Claim through My Account and our team will guide you through the next steps.
